All SuperiorRooms2let.co.uk houses have been carefully selected to ensure that they are all located near to key transport links such as Motorways, train stations, airports and bus stops. They are close to shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms etc. and close to key employment areas such as hospitals which means they are easily accessible for our tenants. Our houses are based in the Luton area so are an easy commute into London.

All SuperiorRooms2let.co.uk homes have undergone extensive refurbishment to ensure they meet the highest standards. However, throughout the refurbishment programme, your safety has never been compromised. All our houses meet the strictest fire regulations and are all Licenced.

Our houses are all fully furnished to an exceptional standard and afford large kitchens and either a separate lounge or a lounge area, which means our houses always offer a large communal area which we feel is an important. We do not believe in adding in an extra bedroom at the expense of a lounge. We believe in providing a great living experience.  In most cases the bedroom will have an  en suite. Where there is a shared bathroom, it is a maximum of two sharing.

All our houses have a weekly cleaner to keep the communal areas clean and this extends to a monthly clean of your en – suite / shared bathrooms. Each house has its own gardener and window cleaner.

The key point to all our houses is that our tenants simply pay a monthly rent, that covers ALL bills. There are no additional costs. Everything is paid for. You just need to provide your food!

Accreditations

We are a member of the National Landlord Association (NLA).

This is the largest representative organisation for landlords in the UK.

We are members of the Luton Landlord Accreditation Scheme. The benefit for the tenant in renting from an accredited landlord is that they can be sure that the property will be in good condition and the tenancy will be managed to a good standard.

All our tenants’ deposits are deposited with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS); they are held securely by the DPS and are returned directly to the tenant by the DPS (less any agreed charges). This means your deposit is safe and protected, and any disputes are resolved by the DPS.
